Home delivery

We understand how essential your supplies are to maintaining a good quality of life, we can dispatch your goods as soon as we receive your prescription. 

All of the items we supply are available on prescription. We are passionate about helping patients on their journey and we put them at the centre of what we do. We deliver your supplies direct to your door and can collect your prescription from your GP. We also deliver to UK based holiday addresses in emergencies. We help make it easy for you to get a regular prescription for your appliances. As we are specialist in neck stoma care we hold a large inventory of laryngectomy and tracheostomy devices and, therefore, it is more likely for us to have stock of the items needed than a local pharmacy. This means that we can deliver appliances quicker to you.

We also offer a text service to let you know when to expect your delivery.

Customer care team

Our dedicated customer care team are there to give you support and guidance whether that is placing an order or making an enquiry. We are understanding of your situation and challenges and provide you with the products and services that suit your needs.

Our customer care team have all received training on laryngectomy and tracheostomy including a clinical understanding of the conditions, related products and the wider impact this has on the individual and their family. They receive continuous training by Specialist Head and Neck Nurses and Specialist Speech and Language Therapists and spend time face to face with our customers either at a MyVoice event, on a nurse visit or in a clinical setting to deepen their understanding.

Community Events

Every month we hosts local community group.

They are called ‘MyVoice’ events because it’s all about you and your needs. These groups are also a great opportunity to get to know other people living with a total laryngectomy in your area.

It can be nice to know that other people share the same concerns and aspirations as you or are going through similar challenges. Throughout the year our groups help bring the laryngectomy community together.

These events are for small groups, so you can meet with your local product specialist and get to know others in a more relaxed setting.

Nursing service

Our nurses are there to help you adjust to life after surgery and take care of your stoma, by providing advice and support on appropriate product use.

Our nurses are highly skilled and qualified professionals who care for people living with a laryngectomy or tracheostomy. Each nurse has an extensive knowledge of neck stoma care and is able to provide guidance around the devices you are currently using via an Appliance Use Review (AUR).

You are visited in the comfort of your own home. This service is free for our customers.
