If you have been referred to us by the hospital you will already be registered with us and can begin ordering immediately, you should also have received a complimentary green wash bag containing disposable bags and wipes. If you haven’t already received these items please let us know and we will be happy to send you them. With every order we enclose complimentary disposable bags and wipes if you do not wish to receive these then let us know.

To register with us you will need to tell us your Name, Address, and G.P details.

To order supplies or to register please ring our free phone number and one of our friendly staff will be able to help you. Alternatively you could click on the order form tab above and follow the instructions to register and order there. Your goods will be delivered the next working day, we cannot specify a time but it will be between 9.00am-5.30pm. If you are not available when delivery is attempted we can leave your parcel in a safe place such as a porch or with a neighbour, you just have to specify this when ordering. You will have a card posted through your door as well to tell you your parcel has been delivered and left in your safe place.

For our new customers we now offer a Roll up Wash Bag when ordering for the second time, this bag is handy for travelling. It has a removable zip compartment that connects to the bag using magnetic press studs. It is big enough to store all of your medical accessories, the mirror that is included with the bag can be stuck on to the inside using the velcro fastening. In total the bag has three zip compartments and two pockets, one with a secure press stud fastening. This bag rolls up therefore making it compact and small, ideal for use when travelling. It can also be hung up so there is no need to worry about dropping it when trying to do other things.
