We do not deliver at the weekends we deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.30pm

What time will my parcel be delivered?
We can not specify a time but it will be between 9.00am and 5.30pm

If I email my order how do I know you have received it?
We will email you back as soon as we receive your order to let you know we are processing it. If you don’t receive this email then please send your order again or ring our free phone number and one of our staff will be able to help you.

What do I do if my parcel doesn’t have all my goods in it?
Please check that their isn’t a note inside which tells you we may be out of stock of the missing item and it will be forwarded on to you as soon as possible. If there is no note then give us a ring on our free phone number and we will deliver the items that were missed off as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not there to collect my parcel?
We can leave your parcel in a safe place as our parcels can be left without a signature. Let us know where you would like your parcel to be left and if you are ever unavailable we will leave it in the place you specified. This could be with a neighbour or in a porch for example

I have a care of address how will I get my parcel?
Let us know you have a care of address and we can deliver there instead of your home address

I am going on holiday what if I run out of supplies when I am there?
We always advise you to order extra supplies before you go away, but if you do run out of anything while away then ring us and we will dispatch your goods out to you as soon as possible no matter where in the world you are.
